1st Aid training is for everyone!

It's been a while since I have been on a 1st Aid Course... I think the last one was when I was in the scouts! So I thought it time to go on a refresher... Antony Joyce (Link4Business member) had arranged this particular one day course as he is often running camping events where 1st aid is paramount. This got me thinking as the day progressed who actually needs to know this stuff?
